Following rigorous testing and intensive validation at several customer sites Ingate® Systems, a leading provider of Enterprise Session Border Controllers (E-SBCs) that enable SIP communications such as SIP trunking and Unified Communications beyond the protected enterprise network, has become a certified member of the Aastra Approval Partner Program (A2P2®). This certification enables Ingate's customers to benefit from having Ingate products integrated with communications solutions from Aastra, a global leader at the forefront of the enterprise communications market.

As an Aastra technology partner, Ingate is qualified to integrate and support its Ingate SIParator® E-SBC with the Aastra MX-ONE® and Aastra 700 multimedia communication platforms. The official partnership ensures that customers can be safe in the knowledge they are purchasing a reliable, validated and fully supported solution.

The SIParator provides a secure solution for bringing SIP into the network. With an Ingate SIParator at the corporate site, users outside the network (at satellite offices, hotels etc.) can use the wide array of Unified Communications applications available with the Aastra MX-ONE and Aastra 700, providing an ideal solution for remote workers.

Additionally, the SIParator enables teleworker clients to be integrated extensions in the MX-ONE or Aastra 700, allowing remote workers, who may be using a variety of SIP devices, such as Aastra BluStar™ 8000i media phone, BluStar clients for PC, BluStar apps for iPhone or iPad or the Aastra 6700i SIP phones to use the multimedia communication platform’s capabilities.

The Aastra MX-ONE is a highly scalable SIP-based multi-media collaboration solution with a complete range of UCC applications and end-points for medium-to-large enterprises. The Aastra 700 is a compact pre-packaged version of the MX-ONE, addressing the SME space. The SIParator solves interoperability issues between the SIP devices and these communication servers, enabling them to interoperate in mixed environments adapting to all interpretations of SIP.
